Bus Stop Update for Western Hills Families

Dear Parents of Western Hills,

The bus garage has taken a few extra measures to help with Safety and Awareness at the appointed stop:

• County has put up a Bus Stop Sign near curve.
• Hudson Garbage Service has been made aware of bus route times.
• Conversation with bus driver to K-12 on Trees, Green and Giraffe routes
• Columbia County Sheriff are aware as well.
• Bus Driver Signage will be completed and posted by Friday.

Parents, we as Bus Drivers plead with you, please take time to bring awareness to those around you the times of Children at bus stop and buses is from 7:30am to 8:00am and 3:45pm to 4:15pm. Have a talk with the little ones about listening to the driver and to look both ways when crossing the street.

We are taught to keep head on a swivel, look, listen, and yield. We know how important each child is to a parent. We don’t take our job lightly.
