The second annual Columbia County Day of Service is right around the corner! Where Columbia County will be providing various Mobile Health Services and a FREE Health and Information Fair. We are so excited for this outreach connection throughout our community in partnership with Columbia County Public Health, Pacific Northwest Mobile Healthcare Association, and OHSU Casey Eye Institute.
The event will be held on Saturday, March 7 from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Foursquare Church in St. Helens. In addition to dozens of community partners who will be tabling with info and giveaways, several teams will be available for FREE services and activities including:
Adult and child vision exams* Falls risk assessments and prevention education Mammograms* Cancer screenings Vital signs station Diabetes screenings/A1C checks WIC and OHP enrollment Haircuts FLIP Mobile Children's Museum Want to make an appointment? For vision screenings and mammograms (* above), appointments are required. To sign up for a time slot, contact Columbia Health Services at 888-244-4870 or contact@columbia-health.org. You do not need to have insurance in order to be seen.
